Verizon is investigating a help issue that set off in excess of 100,000 blackout reports Monday morning.
In excess of 100,000 clients professed to be without administration as of around 11 a.m. ET, as indicated by Downdetector, a site that tracks tech blackouts.
Verizon said the organization is "mindful of an issue influencing administration for certain clients."
"Our designers are locked in and we are working rapidly to settle the issue," representative Ilya Hemlin told USA TODAY on Monday.
A few clients took to virtual entertainment to scrutinize the clear help blackout.
